The annual C.C.D. event was held under the auspices of the Gaelic
Athletic Association (GAA) and in particular Cumann Camógaiochta na
nGael (the Camogie Board). Events included dancing, singing,
recitation, instrumental music, novelty act, ballad group and
question time. These are the same events now catered for by Scór.
If anyone can provide information on these events please contact us. We have a few related Roscommon items - The Connacht Final Programme for 8th February 1986 at Ballyforan (below right) and for 17 February 1991 in Lecarrow. (below left). The programmes illustrated in the right hand column are for All Ireland Competitions held in Dublin.
