Dermot Kelly Dermot Kelly was an unsuccessful Fine Gael local election candidate in the South Roscommon electoral area for the 2009 Roscommon County County elections. He is married to Anne-Marie and they have six children. Dermot has been involved in Macra na Feirme and the Irish Farmers Association (IFA). He is a member of Roscommon County Council Planning & Development Committee.
