The Hospital Action Committee (HAC)

The HAC was founded in 1976 to fight to save the County Hospital in Roscommon. It was so short of finance that only one copy of letters etc. was produced and the organisation retains very little archival material. We therefore appeal to visitors who have ANY items relating to the HAC to consider donating them to the collection. If you have any such material please contact us.

In the 2007 General Election the HAC did not put forward a candidate but supported the campaign of the Independent Candidate

John Kelly.
