Rachel Doherty. Rachel Doherty from Cootehall, Boyle was a successful Fianna Fáil candidate in the Boyle Constituency in the 2004 and 2009 Roscommon County Council Elections. She worked as a Marketing Executive with Bord Fáilte from 1992 - 1998 and with Cavan County Enterprise Board from 1998 - 2004. She is a full-time public representative. She is a daughter of the late Sean Doherty TD.
