The letter appears to reads as follows:

Boyle, the 10th of

Octobr 1807

Dear Sir Francis,

I am sorry to be obliged to be obliged (sic) to write to you again on the subject of my interest money not having been paid to Mr Kemp, my agent at Cork with whom I had left a receipt to give to any person whom you should have deputed to pay the amt of in your absence.

I think it necessary to inform you I had written to you on this subject to London, having procured your address when there, and to observe I was not favored with any answer.

I have had a letter from Mr. Jeremiah Kemp of Cork, who in my absence transacts my business, informing me he had seen your brother George Goold to whom he had applyed to be informed, how and where and to whom he was to apply for the amt of the receipt I had left with Mr Kemp, which your brother could give him no information on -

I shall make no further remark at present on this subject, but expect that you will immediately give the necessary instructions to have my interest money paid at Cork, being two years due the 20th of May last on your Bond -

I am Dear Sir Francis

Yr faithfull and Obedient Sevt

Richard Beare

Perhaps the most interesting thing about this letter is the small straight-line namestamp for BOYLE with a very early (1807) date. Namestamps are recorded as not having been introduced until ca.1823. (See here).
