Thomastown / Carrowduff Railway Station is on the Athlone to Ballinasloe line, in the Townland of Carrowduff and Parish of Taughmaconnell. The Signal Cabin was erected in 1891 and removed in 1966. From 1912 until 1925 the Station was known as Thomastown Station and from 1925 until it closed in 1963, as Carrowduff Station.
