Thomas Edmondson invented the railway
ticket used throughout Ireland and England (and in many other
countries) for about 100 years up to the 1970's & 80's when they
were phased out in preference to computer generated ticketing. This
is our collection of "edmondson" tickets. We would love to have more information on how to identify the different types of tickets that have been used over the years on the railways. If anyone can tell us, please contact us. This is our collection of tickets for Roscommon rail stations. We would welcome additional material of this kind. If you have any similar material, please contact us. |
