For the past few years the number of publications appearing within and about the county of Roscommon has been increasing at a great rate. In 2007 alone the number reached 40+. This database is intended for anyone who wants to know what publications exist for the county. Over time we hope to improve the usability of the database by adding new themes. At left is the image of a bookplate for Roscommon Book Club 1919 -20. It is pasted inside the cover of a novel which is held in a private collection. It is an interesting reminder of the timelessness of reading. Long may the habit continue. Below is a bookplate for Lord Hartland of Strokestown Park House from ca. 1830's.
