We developed this website to
showcase the wealth of publications, documents and ephemera that
exists for Co. Roscommon. We hope that visitors find it useful
in their search for ideas and leads for family history, local
history and house history and that students and others
researching design history, or doing media studies, find it a useful source of
inspiration. We dream that someday our hobby might become our business and with that utopian vision in mind we have put this "services" page on the site. Someday it might be a link for those who need help with their researches and are willing to pay someone to do it for them, or a means of contact for someone looking for a particular photograph to be taken or a group looking to produce an historic leaflet etc. In the meantime we have developed the page as a link to our surplus material. |

Surplus Material. All collectors have surplus material that they pick up along the way. We would like to Trade or Swap this material for items that we need for our collection. If you have spare Roscommon items and you see something on our "Sales / Trade" page that you would like, please contact us immediately. If, on the other hand, you don't have anything to trade and you would like to buy these items, then please contact us immediately. Please read the terms and conditions carefully - we don't want to fall out with anyone. After all, we are all collectors! The page is still being developed and not all links are live. Thanks for your patience. Follow the link below for our sales / trade lists page. |
