The learner will complete an assessment form at the end of each exercise and the four completed forms will be sent by the supervisor to FÁS to validation.

Successful participants will attain a FETAC Minor Award in Safety Awareness. This module can then be used in part fulfilment for a Major Award in various subject areas. (Please note that minor certificates are only issued where a learner is not competing for a major award).

Notes: Please read carefully.

A chair, table (or sufficient space at a table) and writing materials (some blank paper and pens) will be required for each participant.
Please inform the tutor if a participant has difficulty reading or writing (scribes may be required to complete exercises in such cases) or has a disability that might impact on their capacity to complete the exercises.
